Around every seasonal transition, skin's moisture level and sebum production tend to fluctuate noticeably. Common symptoms include tight, dry cheeks, an oily T-zone, makeup that doesn't sit well, or previously stable skin suddenly turning sensitive and flushed.
These changes are usually a temporary adjustment period and don't call for switching your entire skincare routine right away. We recommend reducing exfoliation frequency and focusing on gentle cleansing and layered hydration, giving your skin time to regulate itself.
Bookings tend to get busy during seasonal transitions, so if you have a regular time slot, we suggest reserving one to two weeks ahead. In the store, we adjust treatment intensity based on your skin condition that day — if you've recently had a medical aesthetic procedure, are using acid-based products, or feel any discomfort, please let your therapist know before the session begins.
Also note that our business hours on public holidays may be adjusted; please check by phone for the current schedule.
